1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and t77 ("t77," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the t77 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at t77.club (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on t77, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of t77 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on t77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory legal requirement for casino-style gaming in the Philippines and is strictly enforced by t77.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of t77, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from t77 or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid government-issued identification document.

t77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by t77 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on t77. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your t77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

You agree to notify t77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. t77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

All transactions and wagers placed through your t77 account are your sole responsibility. If you permit another person to access your account, you remain fully liable for all activity conducted through that account during such access.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of t77 complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. t77 does not warrant that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions and makes no representation to that effect.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

t77 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your t77 wallet upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. t77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. t77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and source of funds documentation.

t77 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one to three business hours, subject to the processing schedules of the receiving financial institution.

t77 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, pending the outcome of an internal investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

t77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all t77 bonuses:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• t77 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live dealer games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or multi-accounting constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and account suspension.
• t77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on t77 operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live equipment monitored by independent testing laboratories. The outcomes of all games are determined by chance and are not influenced by t77 or any third party.

Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. t77 is not liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, t77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game session may be voided at t77's discretion.

t77 reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that is the result of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical fault that results in odds or payouts that are materially inconsistent with the intended game parameters.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on t77 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on t77, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with t77 games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the t77 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with t77 software or systems.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the t77 Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of t77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any t77 content.

Any unauthorised use of t77 intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, t77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

t77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your t77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

t77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. t77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. t77 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through your use of the Platform, provided that t77 has operated the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

10. Responsible Gaming

t77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered t77 players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your t77 account to help manage your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations to prevent extended unplanned gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from t77 at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net gaming activity.

11. Suspension and Termination

t77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Any other circumstance in which t77 reasonably determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to t77, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, t77 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and associated winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Where termination occurs for reasons other than breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your t77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within two business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

12. Amendments to Terms

t77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, t77 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date indicated at the top of the document. Your continued use of t77 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

In the event of a dispute between you and t77, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. t77 is committed to addressing player complaints promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction over t77's operations. t77 will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or dispute resolution process initiated by PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine law.
